KeystoneRealty

Let’s face it, a lot of people purchased homes they could not afford and the banks granted the loans-both parties at fault.

On the other hand a lot of good people work hard/ did the math and bought a home  based upon their income and budgets ;then their gasoline bills quadrupled( say $250 per month to $1000-- their home heating bills did the same say $100 to $400 per month and so did their grocery bills ect ). all the while their income remained the same, now that some prices have "temporarily" receded they find their incomes eliminated or reduced. So big shock not everyone in crisis did something wrong! Hi from Keystone Colorado. I am full time Keystone real estate agent
